I love this program, it is very helpful. However, I would like to see more PDF editing tools available, so I can do things visually, such as cropping, re-sizing, etc...
With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. PDFFiller has allowed me to complete processes that I would have otherwise been unable to do. The service is somewhat easy to use and has quite a large range of features that have been a huge benefit for me.
This is a very handy program to have access to when you need employee signatures, but they work in different locations throughout the country. It eliminates the need for faxes or snail mail.
I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients.
I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved.
My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.
