I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. its good so far however I ordered it because it said it was $10.00 a month and it turned out to be $30.00, I guess that's only if you pay for the year it would've been nice had that been made clear before I put in my cc info
This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool

If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.
Easy to use and looks very professional
It solves my simple requirements without spending on the expenses of a Designer. I love how it shows you step-by-step instructions on how to edit forms.
It is a great tool for anyone to use. No matter what type of company, school or type of work you do, you will find everything in this software. In addition, files are at your fingertips at any time with PDFfiller.
I don't have to complain about PDFfiller, because it is surprisingly this software, well worth the investment.
