There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

That when people try to load on apple devices for the contract it seems not to be able to work.

Easy to use and enabled me to use a PDF workbook for a course online - without having to print it out.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I could not believe the ease in completing my document.
The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.

Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.
Easy to use and share documentation. Been an absolute godsend for filling in forms and applications. Probably won't use a lot as the requirements are limited.
