it was not clear when I began my document that there would be a charge. I don't plan to use the program long term and would appreciate the option to pay for just one month without automatic renewal.

Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.
I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

This app is a life saver, it has saved me so much money and time by not having to print, a document, fill out the document and then fax it back.
Excellent, efficient, immediate, professional service by *********. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.
It's kind of quirky, because I[m not familiar with pdfFiller and it just pops up all of a sudden out of nowhere, so I don't know where to begin.

ONE THING IT LACKS IS THE FEATURE TO COLUMISE THE TEXT. LIKE ALIGNING TO CENTER, LEFT, RIGHT. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THAT. LIKE THE ONE MICROSOFT WORD HAS.
