I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

The ability to use pdffiller to input directly into a form is what I had wanted for years. It is a productivity machine. It’s worth every cent of the cost.

I love PDF Filler
I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.
Logging issue troubleshoot
I was having issue logging into pdfFiller with the password that I remember, at the same time could not receive any email to reset my password. Harmhon, the live chat agent from pdfFiller, has patiently understand my situation. Although most of the time is user's issue that they don't check on junk mail or they have some instruction/rules listed in their setting. But Harmhon is able to figure that my email address was actually not being whitelisted in your company whitelist. That being said, after Harmhon inserted me into the whitelist, i am able to login without any issue again. I really appreciate Harmhon's patient and service. He is definitely a precious asset to pdfFiller! Keep up the good work!

I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
Thrilled with this app!
After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!
Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,
What do you like best?
I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly.

Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.
