I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.
so far I like it, im just not sure the20/month is worth doing only 2 or 3 documents/month.....seems pricey to me.
Maybe you should offer a per page fee.....at this point its costing me7-10.00 per page.......
it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text
It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PDF APPLICATON CONVERT A FORM INTO AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT AS QUICKLY AS PDF FILLER. IT'S NOT FAST, IT'S IMMEDIATE!FAST (I ALREADY SAID THAT.) EASY, ACCURATE, SMOOOTH.THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN WHEN THEY DESCRIBE A SYSTEM AS "USER FRIENDLY." its easy to use, extremely helpful in editing my files the only thing i dont like is the $20 a month payment plan. other than that its thee PERFECT online solution to editing your files. id def recommend to other people
I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
I love the way you can use the PDFfiller. It helps me with documents that I have to fill out for different programs that I'm in for my granddaughter because she is Autistic.

Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
