Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! I like that is allows me to edit PDF's - and that all of my colleagues can log in and use the same services from their computers.
I find it takes too long to save and open documents
The PDFfiller is super easy to use. I simply uploaded my document, turned my nonfillable PDF fields into fillable fields and now I am able to send them to individuals to be completed with ease.
