I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!

I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
