very intuituve. quick and easy to learn. i operate mobily so i like the fact that i can use it on any of my 4 computers any where in the world. Very easy to drop text in. I like the erase and highlight feature. I tried at least 6 other platfroms and they were too dificult to use.
A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.
This program is easy to use, has the forms I needed. Easy fill, print and save. Great online program. Accomplished exactly what I needed to without having to search all over for the forms.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.

PDFfiller is a feature rich document processing program. I had no idea what could be done by this program alone but I have been amazed. I did run into a glitch recently which was an internal error on their part and their support was tremendous in quickly fixing the issue and getting me back in business. The support is also very fast in responding to any questions I have had. I could not ask for more.

I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.
Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time.
