The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.
I was very pleased to find most of the forms I needed for filing taxes in pre-fillable forms that I could complete on my PC. And then you guys keep them and allow templates. Wow, very helpful

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
