Excellent Experience! Only suggestion is that PDFiller should offer free services to individuals and that will prompt businesses to buy your subscription just like many other online tools are offering, for example, FreeConference, GoToMeeting etc.
Great job providing fillable IRS forms that I couldn't find elsewhere for this price. Difficulty in trying to return to find a new form after finishing one. New user & too soon for a survey.
I am brand new to the software. I know some things it can do because I have friends that use it. However, I would love to know more about what all I can do with it.
I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
