Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.
chat support: wonderful spoke to 2 different people and both terrific. Love this service. I need to get forms from years back and thanks to this service they are all available in minutes.

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.
What do you like best?
The ease of use, the verification of signature and the compatibility on all types of documents
What do you dislike?
The cost...yearly is pricey considering there are programs that you pay more upfront but it’s a one time fee
