My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. sometimes when i save my pdf everything…
sometimes when i save my pdf everything is out of alignment. even though in the preview everything is in place. when i save it seems some lines and words are shifted

I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.

I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing
I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.
