Error in my ways! I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Great Customer Service We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

I thought I only needed this temporarily I thought I only needed this for an isolated use, but found it was much more useful in future applications. I appreciated it in a pinch.
