Not a full 5 because I felt as though there was a bit of deception as far as the subscription process was concerned but my problem was resolved quickly and more importantly EASILY!
As far as PDFfiller as a program, it is EXCELLENT and EASY!!!! No hassle!
I work with many different documents for quoting purposes and we now do not have the ability to add any names, etc. This is an amazing tool and it is helping me greatly!

When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. pdfFiller is such a good thing which helped me a lot manage my work! the support team is great & kind and answers within 40 minutes (you need to check the inbox on the homepage, noch on your email account ) Contract is easy to change.
