I really enjoy using PDFiller because it enables me to type in and fill form that take ages to fill forms by writing and take less space on the forms while typing onto it
What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.
easy to use but i don't use so much
its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much
the signature features should be improved

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
pdf Filler is surprisingly worth the investment. I don't have a PDF application on my computer, so having one online that I can easily use to view, fill, and send documents has been a huge help for work and personal use.
I had an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription smack in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have already been in quarantine for the past 4 weeks and cannot use the services of PDFfiller.
I got in touch with the company and I immediately received a response from Anna who refunded the draft and cancelled my subscription.
Because of the swift attention paid to my concerns, and the professional way in which it was handled, PDFfiller has earned my endorsement.
