Customer service is fantastic, as a result, I will continue using pdf filler and liaising with customer service to improve my experience. I love that they get back to you within 12 hours and that they actually respond to you personally. O did not expect this at all.
I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.
I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. PDFfiller is an excellent online platform that I really enjoyed using for its features of digital signature, document management, and PDF editing. I used this platform for more than a year and I was impressed with its ease of use and the speed of its features.
The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.
