I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. They were super helpful to me when I accidentally subscribed. They voided the transaction and were understanding. I really appreciate this because there are too many other automatic subscriptions that would not have been as forgiving.
