Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.
I am loving it so far. Their customer service is excellent in terms of response time and solving the problem. I actually unsubscribed after realizing that the cost was $20 monthly. But I had the option of paying annually and saved some money. So far I am having a great experience with PDF filler.
The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!
I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

I have only begun to use pdfFiller. It has been a great asset to my job duties. I hope to upgrade once I learn more about all its features. I am glad for the 14 day plan for that practice.

Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!
