The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)
Just started to use this product and found it easy to start up and complete forms that were down loaded.
I would recommend this product to others needing a simple but very capable pdf manager.
Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?
It made a nice document. The only thing that is challenging is that you have to go line by line instead of having an option to change more than one line.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The most desirable feature of this application is the time that it saves on recurrent clinical and axillary paperwork for my clients
The most tedious aspect is searching for past documents which dont seem to search by just part of the title
