Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.
It has always been a pleasure. It's very easy to navigate the sight. I really like that! I have never been disappointed. They always are able to accomadate me.

Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.

this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
