I couldn't find new forms to download from within the app but once I did find them online they were easy to work with

We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!
I required PDFfiller to download some forms for my Son , and the download went well . I do not believe I will require to download anymore files for him , or foe myself .

As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
