Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.
I was impressed by all the wonderful features that PDF filler has. I would recommend it to anyone. I use it to fill out the PDF forms that have. I don't generate forms, just need the ability to fill them out and sign them. This works so much better than any of the other services I have tried. (both free and paid)
Well laid out, easy to use fillable pdf program
Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.
Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. This service is awesome. No postage or envelopes necessary. I love how all of my important letters can be sent right out to USPS right from my computer system. Very nice and convenient.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
