pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.
The program is very user friendly. Would like the opportunity to test more documents before sending to clients, so I can see what they are seeing when they receive notification to sign.

I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!
Great customer service, helped me figure out how to change the e-mail on my account, without having to get a new subscription...I was confused.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.
