What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

its simple durable in every way i heard about this company through a podcast and everytime i look a document up it brings me to this company so i will give it a chance but i like it so far.

I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Best CS I have ever received. Thanks so much.
It's user friendly and I'm figuring it out as I go... just a bit of support with downloading to my google drive and figuring out why/when to use the link would be great.
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. Your service is awesome! Saves time and money from having to run all the way from home to Staples then fax/email important documents to the recipient. This service is easy to edit and save/email documents to the recipients. I really love your service!
