It took me awhile to understand how to work this software but once I got my file downloaded it was great and saved me a lot of time not having to retype each form
I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. So Far, so good! I have only used it a few times, but I LOVE the fact that I can fax items. I would like to learn more as I am sure that there are a ton of things that I can do that I dont even know about!
