A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.
VERY GOOD PRODUCT. WISH IT HAD "ADD/SUBTRACT" FUNCTIONS, WHICH WOULD PRECLUDE THE NEED FOR DOING SO MANUALLY AND THEN INSERTING TOTALS/SUBTOTALS MANUALLY.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.
Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. NOT QUITE FINISHED BUT I DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THETABS AND PROMPTS ON APPLICATION. FOR MY BIRTHDAY IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE YEAR I WAS BORN IT JUST KEPT DEFAULTING TO 2021. AND THE "TYPE "HERE" KEPT GETTING IN MY WAY AND I COULDNT SEE OR READ WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO TYPE, NO BIGGY I GOT AROUND IT. I DO REALLY LIKE PDF FILLER.

Great customer service. Bit too expensive for me right now but would be very interested if there was student discount options.
The experience was great. The software seems to be of very high quality. I am a very infrequent user though and cannot justify keeping a subscription.
