Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form.
I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.
PDFfiller was a great source for forms. It has many different features which were easy to use once you learned them. The tutorial videos make it really easy.
I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.

There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.

PDFfiller has made editing PDFs much easier than the Acrobat PDF. The editing features are laid out in an understandable manner. I would definitely recommend this product.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Excellent company. Not only does the PDF Filler work great, but when I asked for the annual fee to be refunded after I neglected to cancel my subscription, it was done so immediately and graciously.
