With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.
I'm just beginning and not sure I'm using it correctly. what I'd like to do is to be able to simply use the icon in my internet task bar to open the account rather than have to open up pdffiller.com

The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

What makes PDF filler so useful
The features I find impactful are how you can convert any file to a PDF, manage various documents and text searching a document. Having these features really makes this software standout, and being easy to use and to manage or search for files by a click.
I didn't feel there was anything missing, as everything that was needed is here in this software. There is nothing lacking in using this software.

Using pdfFiller has been a seamless process! Love that there is a 30-day free trial. Dashboard is easy to navigate. Also love multiple send options (including fax). Great tool to use at work and for personal tasks!
