Easy to use with very good features of how text can be manipulated on form. I'm completely impressed of how great the resulted form looked. Glad I decided to become a member.
It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. As with many other computer related things we need to keep trying. I am not used to doing things a certain way which may work wonderfully for others and they can't understand my way.
I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
Great SAAS for individuals who want to archive and update forms periodically. Final product is neat and most of all easily validated with digital signatures.

The result of editing and filling out PDF documents so the end product looks professional and neat.
What do you dislike?
Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.
