It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.

Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

Editing PDFs when you don't have the source document's has never been easier. You can erase what's written and replace it.
What I like the least is that this software is a little bit slow sometimes. But overall, I recommend it.
I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. I love the app because it's very convenient. However, I found typing into the right spaces to be challenging, especially when I tried to align to them into the correct places.
I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
