Not a full 5 because I felt as though there was a bit of deception as far as the subscription process was concerned but my problem was resolved quickly and more importantly EASILY!
As far as PDFfiller as a program, it is EXCELLENT and EASY!!!! No hassle!
I am excited about the ability to download documents to be converted into fill-in forms. PDF Filler works very well and I have already converted various types of documents into fill-ins, which helped me to create more professional presentations.
It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription and the benefits are awesome except the price for the subscription is too high for someone that only uses this software weekly or biweekly!
being able to type into PDFs, upload easily, fax directly from my computer and send to sign feature. I also like the black out feature and the way the software notifies you when someone opens your emailed over or faxed documents.
The Price is way too much since i dont use it everyday like real software. Also, i bought a subscription and to use the advance features i have to pay more which is ridiculous since i already paid.
Once Ias able to reset my info from my iphone it has been excellent. I think the iphone can't handle newer apps. Will continue to use, thumbs up.
I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.

The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.

It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
