The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.
With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

I love this product, it is readily available on the internet can work a handful of pages to correction without downloading this software.
Cant think of many cons it works best for me to do my general corrections, might not have detailed features for a professional editor, but definitely works for me.
It was frustrating at the beginning. I don't know how to rename a document. I will try and read the manual within the next week. I will attend the webinar.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
