The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.
Working great as a service, I really like the ability to search and reference my research.
This is truly a fantastic tool to expedite anyones ability in PDF.
This is a must for anyone looking for a remarkable feature in PDF signatures.
Makes pdf edition easier
In our office we need to fill a lot of IRS, FDOR and Court forms. This software allows us to fill them and save them a feature most of the governmental entities don't allow us. It also allows us to erase and edit all pdfs which makes our lives easier. It also allows you to load a document from every possible location, even has its own data of forms.
What I don't like about this software is that in order to go to the next page you can't roll down you have to switch pages and sometimes I end up missing a page of the document.

much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

I had an issue with the platform that the customer services team resolved within a very short time. Very happy with the explanation and the overall outcome.
I am a learner, and have taken so much time to get the taxes into IRD so no time to spare. Used it to sign another form the other day, and I am getting to know the process, slowly.
