My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.
What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

It's a great value for a relatively low monthly cost.

It allows for rapid addition of signatures to checks, contracts, affidavits, etc.

Kara, had so much patience for me and my situation and I was annoyed with my self for how little I knew about technology, but hung in there with and walked me through it and got me where I need to be to get what I came for, She is a great asset to your organization. Thanks for hiring her!!!!
