my filing and processing documentation has made the process of claiming my medical and housing benefits for veteran affair faster, successful and the ability to have instant access.
The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...
What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

very good app, I wish I knew it earlier, it helps me out from problems that I used to have in editing some forms in Pdf format, very easy and quick. worth of money

We use this on an annual basis to prepare our tax docs for our Church employees. Great service and they are always willing to help even when its a user error. thank you
Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
