Impressed by the integration with Dynamics 365; disappointed that it didn't work in my trial immediately; impressed by the quick diagnosis by the support staff and responsiveness in identifying a solution

The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. I have not had to call for help yet, but I know if I do I will be greeted and questions answered, very professional platform. Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished. During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.
