It was confusing at first but once I worked out my own bugs it worked very well. Filling out multi formatted forms are cumbersome in changing the markings needed.

A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

pdfFiller makes everything look more professional!
Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional.
Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I just started using this tool and I am impressed with the ease of editing a PDF document. I have yet to master lining up my edited text with the document. I am able to edit the document enough to be useful.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

Easily Add and Delete Pages From PDFs
PDFfiller has saved me a lot of time combining PDFs and adding/deleting pages. Definitely a must have software.
I like that I can easily add and delete pages from PDFs. They also make it super easy to combine PDFs together.
Overall, very happy with the platform. Might be nice if there was an option to upload and download to Google Drive.
