I started with pdfFiller almost a week… I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Offer value to the manager. Remember, a professional letter ending shouldn't ask for something. It should offer. Use "P.S." to draw attention to your letter's end. There's nothing wrong with "Sincerely" as a cover letter closing salutation. That said, use any of the other great examples in this article.

It is proper business etiquette (and shows attention to detail) to sign your letter. Err on the side of formality, and if you need any help figuring out how to close your cover letter, consider these possible sign-offs. However, if you are sending an email cover letter and resume, a signature isn't necessary.
On the File tab, click Options > Display, and under Always show these formatting marks on the screen, check the Paragraph marks box. In your document, click where you want to insert a section break for your cover letter.
The signature line may include a second line for a title, if appropriate. The signature should start directly above the first letter of the signature line in the space between the close and the signature line. Use blue or black ink.

Close the letter politely. When you've stated your request and provided all the necessary information the recipient may need, then close on a polite note. School taught me to sign letters addressed personally 'yours sincerely' and letters addressed impersonally 'yours faithfully'. Thus, if your salutation is 'To whom it may concern' the corresponding valediction would be 'yours faithfully'.
