Comprehensive, efficient and intuitive functionality. The only capability I missed was use of the arrow / scroll keys. A simplistic and refreshing technical experience. Thank you!

What do you like best?
As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A Realtor literally lives or dies on his/her electronic documentation. This tool lets me master the changes that inevitably occur with documents. I use it every day.

Negotiate with the Landlord You can, however, negotiate removal of your name from the lease with your landlord as long as your co-tenants agree to the revision to the lease. You may be able to pay a penalty in return for your name being removed, but this is entirely in the landlord's discretion.
The Bad News: You Can't Force Someone Off the Lease Unfortunately, if you're a renter, you can't remove someone's name from your lease. ... Your landlord is under no obligation to remove your roommate's name from the lease. But some landlords are willing to remove a person from the lease.
Negotiate with the Landlord You can, however, negotiate removal of your name from the lease with your landlord as long as your co-tenants agree to the revision to the lease. You may be able to pay a penalty in return for your name being removed, but this is entirely in the landlord's discretion.
Breaking the lease might result in the loss of a security deposit. As explained previously, your roommate's misconduct can also be imputed to you, meaning that moving out before the lease expires, causing damage to the unit or not paying rent can cause you to lose your security deposit.
However, because your lease is a binding legal contract, you'll be penalized if you break your lease agreement before the term ends. While landlords cannot be held responsible for the behavior of your roommate, you can take steps to get out of your apartment lease due to a rude roommate.
In general, most landlords won't allow you to break or be taken off a lease once you've cosigned. ... Because it is so difficult to get out of a lease as a cosigner, if you cosign, you must do everything you can to ensure the tenants pay in full and on time.
Joint periodic tenancy You can end your tenancy by giving at least four weeks' notice to your landlord. You may have to give more notice if you've lived in the property for 5 years or more. You can only end the tenancy by giving less than four weeks' notice if the landlord agrees.
As joint tenants you are effectively one entity. One of the joint tenants serving notice ends the tenancy for all the joint tenants. If you remain in the property after the notice period then the landlord can claim double rent under the Distress for Rent Act 1737.
How to Transfer Joint Tenancy on a Property. Two or more people can hold a home as joint tenants, with each person sharing an equal ownership interest. One party cannot own a larger share than the other in this arrangement. ... You can terminate joint tenancy by transferring your share to the other tenant.
By severing the joint tenancy, this will prevent one party's half share interest in the property going automatically to the other. However likewise, severing the joint tenancy means that if the other party should die, then likewise their share will not pass automatically to the other co-owner.
