Very easy to use. Able to locate any forms that I needed
Not having to use type text of IRS forms.
Ease of Use. Ability to locate any forms that I needed. Ease of transferring to file and in printing the forms.
The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons. I have enjoyed working with this software and have not run into problems.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
