I didn't know that PDFfiller would charge me a few after a lengthy form that I had to fill, I paid the fee and left a comment about the experience. I promptly heard back from a representative who made things right without me asking for anything. Customer service at its best!
I've often wished I could fill out information on the screen, not just print off and then fill by hand. My handwriting is really scratchy and hard to read, quite unprofessional. The PDFfiller has been an answer to my prayers.
I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

excellent customer service! they go beyond any expectation, absolutelly recomended. the help me to close ans account that i lost access due email shutdown and refund for the bill. Didnt expected. I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.
The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.
