It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

I would recommend this site
I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.

Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!

How do I tell my tenants rent increase?
Notifying a tenant orally of a rent increase will not hold up in court. 3. Landlords Must Provide Adequate Written Notice- For month to month tenants, it is common for a state's law to require the landlord to provide notice either 30 or 60 days before the rent increase is set to take place.
What is the most a landlord can raise rent?
A landlord can raise the rent only when your lease expires and with the appropriate amount of notice (if you're month-to-month, the landlord could conceivably increase your rent at the end of any month). Unlike rent-controlled areas, there is no cap on the amount a landlord can increase your rent.
What is the max a landlord can raise rent?
In most areas without rent control, there is no limit on the amount your landlord can increase the rent. But landlords cannot raise the rent at whim.
What is the allowable rent increase for 2019?
Effective July 1, 2019, the annual allowable increase is 4%. 3% annual limit on rent retroactive to base rents on 9/11/18. Only one rent increase allowed annually. How much can rent be raised per year?
So how much can your landlord raise the rent? The short answer is 3% once every 12 months. To balance the needs of both tenants and landlords, the allowable rent increase is tied to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). All this means that rent can only be increased 3% — 10% every year.
Why does rent keep going up?
First things first, it's important to understand why your rent is going up. Landlords may decide to increase their rental prices in order to match market rates, to pay for property maintenance or improvements, to accommodate tax increases, or simply to increase their profits.
How do you explain rent increase?
In the rent increase letter, which you can send through regular mail or email, thank your them for being such great tenants. Compliment them on their good traits, such as paying the rent on time or taking care of the property. Then, get right to it and say that you need to raise the rent.
What is an appropriate rent increase?
Suppose your current rent is $1,200 per month. You could multiply $1,200 by 3.2 percent (or 0.032) for an increase of $38.40 per month. While a 3 to 5 percent annual increase is standard, you may want to adjust this to fit your situation and the local rental market.
