easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

What do you like best? I like that you can edit files, sign without sending through electronic envelopes and you can fax and email documents. What do you dislike? You cannot upload separate files and merge them into 1 pdf file within the program. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend using this app for your document prep and signing. It is a one stop shop to get your pdf files edited and signed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit is the faxing capability and being able to do it from my phone.

When a person “executes” a document, he or she signs it with the proper “formalities”. For example: If there is a legal requirement that the signature on the document be witnessed, the person executes the document by signing it in the presence of the required number of witnesses.
A deed is a special type of binding promise or commitment to do something. The substantial requirement of a deed is that it be intended by the executing party to be the most serious indication to the community that she or he really means to do what has been agreed between the parties.
Signing as a deed requires those very words and the signature of the person “making” the deed. The signature should be on the document itself approximately in the space provided. The words of execution should name the signatory or otherwise make clear who has signed the document.
A deed must be executed: by affixing the company's common seal under s 127 of the Corporations Act or by an attorney (see below). Similarly, a CATS Act corporation must execute a deed: by affixing the corporation's common seal under s 99-5 of the CATS Act or by an attorney (see below).
An individual executing a deed must have their signature witnessed. A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that same deed. A signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner is able to act as a witness and an employee of a party is also permitted to witness that party's signature.
Land Registry Make Changes to the Witnessing of Deeds. As of 18th January, when a party of two or more people are executing a deed, the same witness can be used to verify each individual signature but only if each of these signatures are independently attested.
