What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

What do you like best? It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents What do you dislike? Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

I love PDF Filler I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

Familiarize yourself with your employer's pay practices. Research the market pay rates for your job. Read your employee handbook. Network with other employees in similar jobs in similar industries to determine your salary competitiveness.
Be polite but direct in asking about the starting salary. Show enthusiasm for the position. If the company has asked whether you're interested in the job, you should thank them for their message, state that the position does sound interesting, and then write “May I ask what the salary range is?”
In the first paragraph of your letter, mention how you enjoy working with the company. It's also helpful to state your job title and how long you've worked for the company. Then explain the letter's general purpose which is to ask for an increase in your salary. Next up, explain why you deserve the raise.
Share your goals and ask for feedback. Proactively communicate wins. Demonstrate your accomplishments and added value. Focus on why you deserve it (not why you need it). Practice your pitch and anticipate questions. Do your research. Talk about the future. Be prepared to hear no.

Don't wait until your annual review. My advice is to socialize early and often what you want out of your career, ask for feedback along the way, and use proof points to make your case. Just stay calm and always be respectful -- and never apologize for advocating for yourself.
Determine how many hours the employee works per week on average. Find their overtime hours (i.e. hours over 40) Divide the overtime hours in half. Add that to the overtime hours and to the straight hours. Divide the weekly salary by that number to get the hourly rate.
