I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.

Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.

Not being able to upload more than five pages at a time
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.
