It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

My overall experience with this app has been excellent!
So far it has been awesome! Easy to use, many options, and easy to work layout. This app does everything it promises.
I can not think of any drawbacks to this app I have not had any complications or complaints so far and I have been using for a while and quite often.

I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

The Add Character in Image feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily insert characters or objects into your images. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website or app and log in to your account.

Upload the image you want to edit by clicking on the 'Upload' button and selecting the image file from your computer or cloud storage.

Once the image is uploaded, click on the 'Add Character' button located in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with a variety of character options to choose from. Browse through the available characters or use the search bar to find a specific character.

Click on the character you want to add to your image. It will appear on the screen, and you can resize and reposition it as needed.

To customize the character further, you can adjust its opacity, rotation, and flip it horizontally or vertically using the options in the sidebar.
