Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user. I am delighted that I found this PDF filler own line. I tried Adobe; however, I could not understand how it works. This is simple and easy to use. It is not difficult to drag and drop a file and then begin to fill in the proper document.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

What do you like best? I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol? What do you dislike? It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for using to complete documents that don't have fillable format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Completing compliance filings for various States that don't offer fillable PDF forms.
