Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.

How do I get rid of strike through in PDF?
You can either select the strike trough comment directly on the text and press Delete or you can go to the Comment pane, open the Comments List panel, select the comments you want to remove and delete them.
How do I add a strike through to a PDF?
Choose Tools > Comment, and select the Highlight Text tool, the Strike through Text tool, or the Underline Text tool. Note:
Drag from the beginning of the text you want to mark up.
(Optional) To add a note, double-click the markup and add text in a pop-up note.
