For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

I found it pretty easy to use since I am not very techie. I haven't tried anything except doing some corrections to some documents. Looking forward to the other features.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

How do I file Form 8869?
File Form 8869 with the service center where the subsidiary filed its most recent return. However, if the parent S corporation forms a subsidiary, and makes a valid election effective upon formation, submit Form 8869 to the service center where the parent S corporation filed its most recent return.
How do I file a Sub tax return?
There is no separate federal income tax return for a Sub. Its operations are reported in the S corporation's federal income tax return, thus providing a de facto consolidated return for the S corporation and its Sub. While this treatment is favorable for operating results, it may create a pitfall if the Sub is sold.
What is a form 8869?
A parent S corporation uses Form 8869 to elect to treat one or more of its eligible subsidiaries as a qualified subchapter S subsidiary (Sub). The Sub election results in a deemed liquidation of the subsidiary into the parent.
Where do I mail my 8453?
Don't attach a payment to Form 8453. Instead, mail it by April 15, 2020, with Form 1040-V to the IRS at the applicable address shown on that form. If a Form 1040-V isn't available, see the instructions for your tax return for other ways to get forms, or you can go to www.irs.gov/Forms.
